Access to the entire home and grounds from 2 pm - 9 pm. This includes set-up, the event and breakdown.

Orion Hill representative for vendor deliveries the day of your event
Orion Hill takes care of all of the set up and breakdown of our tables and chairs. We also handle all of the pre and post cleaning. We just ask that personal items be removed at the end of the rental period.

Access to the restrooms in the home. No access to the getting ready suites.
(10) brown fruitwood chairs for outside ceremonies or (10) white resin chairs for an inside ceremonies
(1) 48” round table to display cake
No food or catering service may be brought in but clients can bring in a small cake for a cake cutting and champagne for a toast.

To secure your desired date, a 50% down payment is due as well as a contract signing. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your event. Elopement fees are due at the time of booking and contract signing.
An additional security deposit of $500.00 is to be paid by separate check 1 day before the event. It will be returned to the client after the event if determined no damages were made from the event.
