Historical yet welcoming, Orion Hill invites you in with towering cedars, expansive spaces, and abundant chandeliers. Whether romantic, boho, classic or modern, your Orion Hill wedding will be a cohesive, refined statement of your own personal love story. 

$7,500 for Saturday
$6,500 for Sunday-Friday

Sunday and Monday events on holiday weekends carry a Saturday fee. 

 Please contact us for private party pricing. 

At Orion Hill, you are free to choose any vendor you'd like as long as they are licensed and insured. This provides couples with extremely cost-effective and flexible wedding day planning. Please let us know the vision for your special day and we would be happy to help make it a reality.

Rental Package Includes

  • Access to the entire home and grounds

  • (12) hours of rental time

  • (250) white resin chairs

  • (250) brown fruitwood chairs

  • (25) 60” round tables

  • (10) bistro tables

  • (10) 6 foot buffet tables

  • Rehearsal walk through time (depending on availability)

  • On-site parking attendant/security guard for the duration of your event

  • Orion Hill representative for vendor deliveries the day of your event

  • Access to the grounds for engagement and bridal portraits

  • Flexibility to bring in your own alcohol as well as any caterer as long as they are licensed and insured

    *Orion Hill takes care of all of the pre and post cleaning. We just ask that all personal items be removed at the end of the rental period.

Booking Your Event

To secure your desired date, a 50% down payment is due as well as a contact signing. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your event. We accept cash, check, credit/debit card. If you pay with a credit or debit card, a 3% convenience fee will be added.

An additional security deposit of $500.00 is to be paid by separate check 14 days before the event. It will be returned to the client after the event if determined no damages were made from the event.
