To ensure a smooth and well-coordinated event, all events are required to have a licensed event planner.

Rental Package Includes

  • Access to the entire home and grounds

  • All day access to venue + grounds. All events must conclude by 11 pm.

  • Capacity for up to 300. Events with more than 250 guests require valet parking.

  • (250) white resin chairs (indoor use only)

  • (250) brown fruitwood chairs (outdoor use only)

  • (25) 60” round tables

  • (15) bistro tables

  • (15) 6 foot buffet tables

  • (3) 48” round tables

  • Your choice of several ceremony locations across our property (see our galleries page for photos of all of our locations)

  • On-site parking attendant/security guard for the duration of your event

  • Orion Hill representative for vendor deliveries the day of your event

  • Assortment of cake stands

  • Access to the grounds for engagement and bridal portraits

  • Orion Hill allows clients to provide their own alcohol, which must be served by a licensed bartender. After booking, you’ll receive our curated list of preferred caterers and bartenders. Vendors not on this list may be approved and are subject to an additional fee.

  • Orion Hill takes care of all of the set up and breakdown of our tables and chairs. We also handle all of the pre and post cleaning. We just ask that personal items be removed at the end of the rental period.

Booking Your Event

To secure your desired date, a $3,500 down payment is due at the time of the contract signing. 50% of the remaining balance is due 6 months prior to your event date. The final balance is due 30 days prior to the event.

*Payment schedule will be adjusted for weddings with shorter engagement periods.

Checks and money orders are our preferred forms of payment. Credit and debit cards are accepted; a 3.5% processing fee applies to all card payments.

A refundable $500 security deposit is collected with the final payment. It will be returned to the client after the event if determined no damages were made from the event.
